Chaldean (Cheiro, 1926)

Early twentieth-century Western name numerology, published by Cheiro (Count Louis Hamon) in London, 1926. Widely reprinted in India; the "Chaldean" label is the book's, not an attested Babylonian lineage.

Does not calculate: The month number and everything derived from it — it uses zodiac periods on fixed calendar dates, which the astrology constitution forbids, and Cheiro’s own periods overlap so 19–21 February would carry two answers at once; Favourable dates, lucky weekdays and compatibility — a second timing and matching engine, which only the Jyotisha engine may be; Business names, baby names, house numbers, phone numbers and vehicle numbers — the book defines none of them; Any name containing the letter Z — Cheiro never printed a value for it, and SevaCart will not borrow one from another author.

Pythagorean (Jordan, 1965)

Does not calculate: A birthday number — she states none, and taking Goodwin’s would be his rule wearing her name; Compatibility scoring, baby names, business names, house, phone and vehicle numbers — described qualitatively or not at all; Master numbers held unreduced: she annotates 11 and 22 and then reduces them, which is her position and not an omission.

The Divine Triangle (Javane & Bunker, 1979)

Does not calculate: A birthday number, karmic debt, pinnacles and challenges — no such construct in the source; The Tarot correspondence layer, which assigns rulers including the hypothetical planets Vulcan and Earth; A personal month above the book’s 78-number ceiling, where its reduction instruction stops being determinate; The personal year on the birthday itself, which the source describes as both the end of one year and the start of the next.

Balliett (1908)

If you have used another calculator: Balliett lets 11 and 22 stand wherever they fall, and reports a standing master beside the sum rather than adding it in — her own worked example gives “birth numbers 9, 11”. Many modern calculators reduce or absorb it instead, so they will show a different number for the same date. SevaCart follows the rule evidenced in the cited edition (1st ed. 1908, p. 90; 5th ed. 1917, p. 97).

Does not calculate: Any total that lands on 11 or 22 outside the day position — she names them as unlimited numbers and exercises one only there, so those births refuse rather than borrow a later author’s halt rule; Vowel and consonant readings — she defines neither, so the capability is absent rather than blocked; Cycles, pinnacles, challenges, karmic debt, compatibility, business, baby, house, phone and vehicle numbers; A reading for the numbers 8 and 9 in her musical-key chart, where the source names no key.

Phillips birth chart (1980)

Twentieth-century Western, published by David A. Phillips in Australia in 1980 after his teacher Hettie Templeton, laid out on a 3×3 square of the digits 1–9. Not of Chinese origin, not ancient, and not Vedic, whatever the market calls it.

Does not calculate: The lunar-calendar variant, which belongs to a different author and would need a calendar engine this module may not import; Driver and Conductor numbers, which are the Indian Mulank and Bhagyank and are not in this source; A two-digit year, which the source contradicts; The Ruling Number, whose arithmetic the source states exists but does not print.

Sepharial (1911)

The letter-value method published by Sepharial (Walter Gorn Old) in London, 1911, whose values follow the numerals of the Hebrew alphabet. Cheiro drew on him and then diverged in three cells, so the two are different methodologies and will disagree on the same name by design.

Does not calculate: Anything from a date of birth — his chart requires the HOUR of birth, which this tool deliberately never collects, and its payoff is a favourable-date verdict the astrology constitution reserves for the Jyotisha engine; His phonetic key, which values a letter by how it is pronounced in that particular name — no procedure exists for a name the book has not heard; His Pythagorean and affinity keys, which are separate systems he prints as alternatives; three of the affinity key’s own printed values do not reproduce; Compatibility, business names, baby names, house, phone and vehicle numbers — absent from the source.
