How do receipts and 80G work?

Every offering produces a digital receipt by email the same day. A formal 80G certificate (where the temple has 80G registration) follows within a few working days. Both can be re-downloaded any time from My offerings.

How do I track my seva?

Open My offerings → tap any seva → you see the stage tracker, scheduled date, and any photographs the temple has uploaded after performing the offering.

Can I cancel or refund?

Sevas — once accepted by the temple — generally cannot be refunded; this is by tradition (the sankalpa has been taken). Donations may be refundable in specific situations (e.g. duplicate charge). Read the full policy in our Terms.

Is my payment safe?

Payments go through Cashfree, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. SevaCart never sees your card or UPI PIN. Your sankalpa details (name, gotra, nakshatra) reach the temple; nothing financial does.

My seva date is past — what now?

If the temple has not uploaded a proof photo within 48 hours of the scheduled date, write to us and we will follow up directly with the institution. We never close a stuck offering silently.

Delete my account or stop emails

You can stop daily reminders any time from your profile. Account deletion: write to us and we will permanently remove your profile, family details, and address book within 7 working days as required by DPDP Act 2023.
