Make the sankalpa
Add the names, gotra and nakshatra to be read out. This is what the priest recites during the ritual.
Offer
Pay by UPI, card or netbanking. You get an order reference immediately and a confirmation by email.
Receive proof
The institution performs the seva and uploads proof. You are notified, and the offering is written to the public ledger.

Questions devotees ask
Do I need to be present at the temple?
No. The seva is performed by the priests at the partner institution on your behalf, in your name and gotra, and proof is uploaded afterwards.
What proof do I receive?
Partner institutions upload photographs of the performed seva. You see them in your orders, and the completed offering is listed on the public ledger.
Is a seva eligible for an 80G tax receipt?
No. Sevas are ritual services, not contributions, so they are not 80G eligible. Contributions to 80G-registered institutions are, and that receipt is issued directly by the institution.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within the cancellation window shown on the seva. Windows are tiered by seva type and are stated in full in the cancellation policy.
