For temples

Put your sevas within reach of devotees who cannot travel, without handing your income to an intermediary.

Why institutions list here

Your sevas, your prices

You publish the seva list, the amounts, the slots and the cancellation window. Nothing is set for you.

Money to your own account

Offerings reach the temple’s verified bank account after the payment gateway releases the funds. The seva amount is never SevaCart revenue.

Devotees you would not otherwise reach

Ancestral devotees living in other states or abroad can keep their connection to the temple alive without travelling.

Proof builds trust

Uploading a photograph after each seva is what turns a first-time devotee into a returning one. The public ledger does the rest.

How it works

  1. Create the account

One account per person, not one per institution. Register with your phone number, verify it, and you land on your partner dashboard.

  2. Add the institution

Name, address, trustee or manager details, and the documents below. You can add more institutions later from the same account.

  3. Complete KYC

PAN is checked against MCA records and the bank account is validated by a penny-drop through our payment partner. A signed board resolution or power of attorney is required.

  4. Publish and receive

Once review clears, your sevas and causes go live. Money reaches your verified bank account after the payment gateway releases the funds, and SevaCart keeps only the disclosed platform fee.

What we commit to

  • No anonymous account ever receives devotee money. PAN and bank verification are completed before anything is listed.
  • Every completed offering is written to a public ledger, with the institution named.
  • The seva amount is never SevaCart revenue. Our fee is published in full on the pricing page.
  • You control your listings, prices, slots and cancellation windows from the partner dashboard.

Questions temples ask

What documents does a temple need?

Trust or society registration, PAN, a bank account in the institution name, and a signed board resolution or power of attorney authorising the person registering. 12A and 80G certificates are needed only if you want contributions to carry an 80G receipt.

What does SevaCart charge the temple?

The platform fee is charged to the devotee at checkout and published in full on the pricing page. The temple is not billed separately, and there is no listing or subscription fee.

Who issues the receipt to the devotee?

SevaCart issues an invoice for its platform fee. The temple issues the receipt for the seva amount, and the 80G receipt where the institution is 80G registered.

Can one person manage several temples?

Yes. One account can hold several institutions. Add each one from the same dashboard rather than creating a second login.
