For gaushalas
Fodder, veterinary care and shelter are recurring costs. Listing them as specific, named needs is what makes people support them.
Why institutions list here
Ask for what you actually need
A day of fodder for one cow, veterinary treatment, or shelter repair. Specific needs are supported far more often than a general appeal.
Go-seva has its own audience
Go-seva (service to cows) is browsed as its own category on SevaCart, alongside annadana and other causes.
Contributions carry no platform fee today
Verified causes carry no SevaCart platform fee at present, and no gateway line is added to the contribution.
80G where you are registered
If the gaushala holds 12A and 80G registration, the 80G receipt is issued by you directly to the contributor.
How it works
Create the account
One account per person, not one per institution. Register with your phone number, verify it, and you land on your partner dashboard.
Add the institution
Name, address, trustee or manager details, and the documents below. You can add more institutions later from the same account.
Complete KYC
PAN is checked against MCA records and the bank account is validated by a penny-drop through our payment partner. A signed board resolution or power of attorney is required.
Publish and receive
Once review clears, your sevas and causes go live. Money reaches your verified bank account after the payment gateway releases the funds, and SevaCart keeps only the disclosed platform fee.
What we commit to
- No anonymous account ever receives devotee money. PAN and bank verification are completed before anything is listed.
- Every completed offering is written to a public ledger, with the institution named.
- The seva amount is never SevaCart revenue. Our fee is published in full on the pricing page.
- You control your listings, prices, slots and cancellation windows from the partner dashboard.

Questions gaushalas ask
What does a gaushala need to register?
Trust or society registration, PAN, a bank account in the institution name, a signed board resolution or power of attorney, and basic details such as cattle count, land area and staff.
Do contributions to a gaushala carry a platform fee?
Verified causes carry no SevaCart platform fee today, and SevaCart absorbs the payment-gateway charge. If a fee ever applies it is shown as its own line before the contributor pays.
Can we show what the money was used for?
Yes. Institutions upload proof against completed offerings, and every completed offering appears on the public ledger.
Can a temple that runs a gaushala list both?
Yes. One account can hold both institutions, or a single institution can carry more than one type.
