Direct settlement
Contributions reach the mutt’s own verified bank account. SevaCart keeps only the platform fee published on the pricing page.
A record devotees can check
Every completed offering appears on the public ledger with the institution named, which matters when a shishya (disciple) abroad is supporting from a distance.
How it works
Create the account
One account per person, not one per institution. Register with your phone number, verify it, and you land on your partner dashboard.
Add the institution
Name, address, trustee or manager details, and the documents below. You can add more institutions later from the same account.
Complete KYC
PAN is checked against MCA records and the bank account is validated by a penny-drop through our payment partner. A signed board resolution or power of attorney is required.
Publish and receive
Once review clears, your sevas and causes go live. Money reaches your verified bank account after the payment gateway releases the funds, and SevaCart keeps only the disclosed platform fee.
What we commit to
- No anonymous account ever receives devotee money. PAN and bank verification are completed before anything is listed.
- Every completed offering is written to a public ledger, with the institution named.
- The seva amount is never SevaCart revenue. Our fee is published in full on the pricing page.
- You control your listings, prices, slots and cancellation windows from the partner dashboard.

Questions mutts ask
Is there a separate category for a mutt?
Mutts register under the "Temple / Mutt" institution type in the registration wizard. That type carries the deity, seva and ritual fields a mutt needs.
Can we list annadana and student support alongside sevas?
Yes. Ritual sevas are listed as sevas and ongoing needs such as annadana or vidya-daan are listed as causes, both under the same institution.
Can branch institutions be managed together?
Yes. Several institutions can be held under one partner account, and a parent trust can oversee its branches from the trust console.
Who signs the registration?
Whoever the mutt authorises in writing. A signed board resolution or power of attorney naming that person is a required document.
